There's Art Here, Too

With the rich beauty of the external world all around us here in Carlton, you might think we've got more than our share to delight in. But you know, there's another kind of beauty here as well, and that is the creative outpourings of artists who look at the world, stir it a little and re-enact a form of creation, with paintings, drawings, photography...

That's another dimension of Hobo Junction. We call it Art Dimensions, and it spills over into Carlton Bike Rental as well. Anyone who's walked through these doors was mightily surprised to see so many first class pieces on our walls, from Ed Newman's Portrait of Dylan to Randy Samarzia's incredible nature photography to Doris Sampson's art, and more.

We're constantly re-arranging in order to give you something we know you'll want. There is something magical about fine tuning aesthetic perceptions. For reasons that can't be explained, aesthetic stimulation -- like a beautiful sunset or a work of art -- brings pleasure beyond the retina of our eyes. It's deeper than that. And that's something we want to offer you today. And if you haven't been buy in a while, stop in and say hi... and see what's new.

In the meantime, have a great one.
