We've Got Rhythm

Well, it's been quite the year around hear in Carlton. This spring we had an old house and two small buildings at Hobo Junction, and a heckuva loud railroad track behind the place. The railroads still rumble past with a roar all day, but the house is gone and the empty building next to the Art Dimensions Gallery is a lively bike rental and repair facility conveniently located on one of the most beautiful stretches of bike trail you'll find anywhere, any time.

But right now it is especially beautiful as the maples explode with color and the rest of our natural heritage here struts its native wonder.

The early part of the summer was an exhausting dash to the ribbon cutting during Carlton Days, after which we were all a bit dazed. But now, we're pedaling to a rhythm and if you have not been by you really owe it to yourself. The trails are alive with an incomparable vibrance, which means the early mists of winter will soon be creeping in.

Recommended: Biking this weekend on Munger Trail. Five stars.
